Mr. Plewa has been licensed in the state of New Jersey as an Architect since 1994 and as a Professional Planner since 1997. Mr. Plewa has over 22 years of experience in commercial, governmental and residential project design, development, and construction.
Mr. Plewa has testified in front of various planning and zoning boards for local and surrounding municipalities, both as an Architect and professional planner.
Mr. Plewa is recognized by the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders as a Handicap Advocate and provides consulting services for the implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He is available for consultations regarding all areas of Section II and Section III, ADA accessibility requirements for public and private projects
